The answer is that Ayurvedic massage has many benefits, including but not limited to those listed below:

  • Lowering blood pressure
  • Improving circulation
  • Improving sleep
  • Increasing mobility
  • Hydrating and toning skin

The massage will usually begin with the head and scalp and will include energy centres around the body.
