Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is usually performed seated. It is not necessary to remove all clothing, just to have the neck and shoulder area easily accessible. The areas massaged are the head, neck, shoulders and upper back, arms and face. Massage movements used include: effleurage, kneading, vibration, friction, cupping. Oil may be used but most clients prefer the massage without oil.

Shirodhara Treatments
